A dynamic art campus was created in the heart of the East Village Arts District when the Long Beach Museum of Art and the Art Exchange merged. The existing mezzanine was converted in useable meeting spaces and a connection was created by means of a atrium to the upper floor of the adjacent building where workspaces and a breakroom are located for gatherings
