The building underwent an adaptive reuse from a 1967 9-story office tower to an 11-story apartment building with 106 units in various sizes. At the top, 2 floors were added to create new penthouses. The new apartments emphasize the connection to the exterior with added patios and extensive glass with either ocean or city views. There is a private gym on the 1st floor and a large size exterior space for entertaining with a pool, jacuzzi, pool-house, fire pits and BBQ areas with tables. All landscaping is drought tolerant and reflects the mid-century vibe of the original building.
